Payment Options
- We believe that finances should not stand in the way of a great smile. Therefore, we offer many different options for payment. Those paying upfront receive 3-5% off the total fee depending on the method of payment. Some divide the total into monthly payments. We remain flexible with whatever method you choose and there are never any finance charges applied. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
- We offer online payments and automatic credit card payments, as well as automatic payments from your checking account.
- As an added bonus, we offer an accounting discounts for additional family members who start treatment.
Insurance
As a courtesy and service to our patients, we will file insurance for you.
- Orthodontic insurance is a separate rider to dental insurance. Having dental insurance does not mean that you have orthodontic insurance.
- Most orthodontic insurance is 50% of the total fee up to a lifetime maximum.
- Orthodontic insurance is usually not paid in one lump sum, but is paid out over the course of treatment.
- If you change jobs, your orthodontic insurance payments may stop (unless your new job has orthodontic benefits).
